Obv.: 1802 , elephant standing left, date below, all within a circle of annulets between two plain circles.
Rev.: CEYLON. GOVERNMENT * / 192 , name of issuer divided at top by cinquefoil (*), around the fractional value to the Rix-dollar at center within a cord circle, all within a circle of annulets between two plain circles.
