Obv.: CAES[AR - PO]NT MAX , laureate head of Augustus r., round countermark below chin: "V A R V S" - monogram forming the spokes of a wheel - looking like "CCARN" in circle.
Rev.: [ROM E]T AVG , front elevation of the Ara Lugdunensis, flanked by Victories on columns.
