Obv.: AV K M ANT ΓORΔIANOC , laureate head of Gordian right; on neck behind, circular countermark: radiate head of Helios right (Howgego 12).
Rev.: MHTPO - KAICA B N / Є N [T] // ЄT Є , agalma of Mount Argaeus placed on altar; E N T on basis, date in exergue, ENT = ЄΝΤΙΧΙΟΝ (εντειχιον χωριον).
Syd. 614 ; SNG von Aulock 6528 var. (date and legends) ; for countermark: Howgego 12 .

Curtis Clay:
ЄΝΤΙΧΙΟΝ ... "means "walled", and is taken to indicate that a city wall was built around Caesarea during Gordian's reign.
