Spain, Felipe IV, Cordoba mint, moneyer - ensayador: Simón de Tapia, 1663 AD., (or 1664 ?)
8 Maravedis (20-21 mm / 1,71 g), billon (0.0694 silver), ca. 2 g mint weight, mintage ? , axes medal alignment ↑↑ (ca. 0°), 
Obv.: + PHILIPPVS + IIII + D + G , around circle containing bust of king facing right - alrededor de un circulo que contiene un busto del rey a derechas.
Rev.: HISPANIARVM REX + 1663 (or 1664 ?) , around crowned shield of Castilia and Leon, M below, value mark 8 to right [between dots], mint and control marks (heart) / C / T to left - alrededor de un escudo coronado de castillos y leones (el escudo lleva cambiado el orden de castillos y leones. Presenta una "M" en el ápice inferior del mismo), valor 8 entre puntos a la derecha, un corazón, ceca = C y ensayador = T a izquierda.

8 maravedis de Felipe Iv de la rara ceca de Cordoba que solo emitio moneda entre el 5 de marzode 1663 hasta el 17 de octubre de 1664. 

These Spanish billon coins were struck in denominations of half, one, two, four, eight and sixteen maravedis (34 maravedis = one real in silver). The types were struck only briefly (1660-64) and then abandoned, most likely due to rejection by the populace. This specimen was struck at the Segovia mint (mintmark: C) and preserves some of its original silvering. Similar coins were emitted from Trujillo, Granada, Seville, Madrid, Toledo and Valladolid:
