Germany, Holy Roman Empire, Dortmund, Charles V (Karl I. (V.) (1516-1556), as Charles I. King of Spain, since 1519 King of Germany, since 1520 Emperor), issuer: Stadtsparkasse Dortmund, dated 1541, issued ca. 1974 AD., 
Taler replica (ø 42,5 mm / 28,26 g), 1.000 silver, axes medal alignment ↑↑ (0°), plain edge, - genuine specimens show 40-42 mm and ca. 28,5 g.
Obv.: + CAROLVS V ROMAN IMP SEM AVGVS , (CAROLVS·V·ROMAnorum·IMPerator·SEMper:AVGVSTus: "Charles V, Roman emperor, forever augustus"), crowned half lenth figure of the emperor in armour with sceptre facing right, sword grip and order of the Golden Fleece. 
Rev.: + MO NO CIVI IMP TREMONIENSIS 1541 / 1000 , (MOneta·NOva·CIVItatis·IMPerialis·TREMONIENsis·1541: "New money of the Imperial city of Dortmund"), imperial eagle with a long tongue, silver content in lower r. field.
