Septimius Severus, anonymous issue (under Auspex?), 193-211 AD., 
Tetrassarion / Æ 27 (25-27 mm / 11,11 g), 
Obv.: AV - KAI Λ CE - CEYHPOC , laureate head of Septimius Severus right. 
Rev.: NIKOΠO-ΛI - T{ΩN} - Π[PO]C ICTP[ON?] , ( {ΩN} ligate) , Apollo ("Sauroktonos"), nude, standing right, with long laurel twig (instead of arrow or dart) in his right hand, the arm drawn back at shoulder height, to strike a very long lizard at knee height on a slender tree.
Pick (AMNG) - (comp. 1354, an assarion, see comment on p. 372) ; see http://www.forumancientcoins.com/ayiyoryitika/Auspex_Dies.html , no 6b  . 

According Patricia Lawrence four specimens of this once unique coin are known, all from the same pair of dies. So this might be the 5th specimen.
