Commemorative issue for the activities of the moneyer´s ancestor L. Postumius Albinus in Spain 180 BC. After the campaigns of Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus (father of the famous tribune of the same name) and Lucius Postumius Albinus in 180–178, treaties were arranged with the Celtiberians and probably with other tribes, as a result of which Roman taxation seems to have become more regular.
