Obv.: D N CONSTAN - TIVS P F AVG , his diademed (pearls with rosette on front of head), draped and cuirassed bust facing right - son buste diadémé (diadème de perles, petit cabochon rond sur le sommet de la tête), drapé et cuirassé a droite.
Rev.: FEL TEMP - REPARATIO / R T , soldier spearing fallen horseman left, the horseman is bare-headed, turns to face soldier and raises his left arm, the soldier is wearing a helmet, carrying a shield and holding his right knee on the horse, horseman´s shield on ground right - Soldat allant à gauche transperçant de sa lance un cavalier tombé a terre avec sa monture, le cavalier regarde le soldat et lève un bras dans sa direction, le soldat est casqué, porte un bouclier et a un genou sur la croupe du cheval ennemi, un bouclier à terre a droite, R T à l’exergue.
