Æ Takka (2 Paisas) (21-23 mm / 21,04 g / 5-6 mm thick), copper, 21,0 g. theor. mint weight, axes (as pictured) irregular alignment ↑↙ (ca. 230°), 
Obv.: VS [19]23 , date and "Queen [Victoria]" in Persian script.
Rev.: ? above "Jodhpur" in Persian script.

This is a coin in the name of Queen Victoria. The legend is arranged over both the obverse and reverse. The coins are dated in the Samvat era. Your coin seems to be dated VS1923 (1866). ...

Takht Singh's titular name was Maharajadhiraja Maharaja Shri Takhtsinhji Karansinhji Sahib Bahadur (6 June 1819 – 13 February 1873). He was first the regent (1839–1841) and the final Maharaja of Ahmednagar 1841–1843 as a result of an agreement with the British.Once he ceded Ahmednagar to Idar, he was recognized as Maharaja of Jodhpur (1843–1873).
