Obv.: 中華民國 / 開國紀念幣 , ( zhōng huá mín guó - "republic of China" / kāi guó jì niàn bì - "founding commemorative coin" ), crossed flags, flags of the Republic (left) and the striped flag of the army (right), florals flanking.
Rev.: 十 文 // THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA / TEN CASH , ( 十文= "shí wén" - 10 Wen, ten cash), Chinese value and denomination in wheat ear design wreath within outer circle of English text, double circle with small rosettes separating legend, rosettes to left and right of TEN CASH are composed of a center dot surrounded by six dots.
