Constantinus I (Constantine), Siscia mint, officina 2, 319 AD., 
Pseudo-Argenteus (ø 19-20 mm / 3,03 g), billion, axis about coin alignment ↑↓ (ca. 190°), 
Obv.: IMP CONSTANT - INVS AVG , cuirassed bust of Constantine left wearing high crested helmet with two stars and holding shield and spear; on shield, horseman galloping r. (over enemy?) -  buste casqué (avec haut cimier) et cuirassé à gauche tenant une lance par dessus son épaule et un bouclier orné d’un cavalier allant à droite. 
Rev.: VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP / VOT / PR // • B SIS •  , two Victories holding shield inscribed VOT / PR over altar decorated by a dot,  • B SIS • in exergue  -  2 victoires debout face a face tenant entre elles une couronne inscrite VOT PR sur un cippe décoré d'un grand •,  • B SIS • à l’exergue.

Nice example. This coin is not RIC 82, but is actually a series that is not listed in RIC at all. I have an example on my VLPP page, attached below. From the mintmark, this coin could be RIC 84, but it has the long reverse legend while 84 has short legend ( VICTORIAE versus VICT.) There was one example, also from officina B, of this type in the Bikic-Do hoard, # 121.

Jean-Pierre Callu's analysis of the Bikic-Do hoard appeared in Sirmium VIII. Études de Numismatique Danubienne: Trésors, Lingots, Imitations. Monnaies de Fouilles IV au XII Siècle (Rome: Ecole  francaise de Rome, 1978), which was edited by Noël Duval and Vladislav Popovic.
