Obv.: D N CONSTANTIV[S IV]N NOB C / A , his bare-headed, draped, and cuirassed bust facing right, A behind  - son buste drapé et cuirassé à droite, tête nue, A derrière. 
Rev.: IIIIIIII [FEL TEMP RE] – PARATIO / III / A SIS , soldier standing left spearing a fallen horseman on the ground with his horse, the horseman looks at the soldier and raises an arm in his direction, the soldier is helmeted, carries a shield and has a knee on the rump of the horse of the enemy, shield on ground right  -  soldat terrassant un cavalier suppliant tombant à terre avec sa monture, III dans le champ, A SIS à l’exergue.
