Obv.: D N CONSTAN[TIVS IV]N NOB C , his bare-headed, (draped ?), and cuirassed bust facing right  -  buste (drapé et ?) cuirassé à droite, tête nue. 
Rev.: F[EL TEMP] - REPARATIO / [A] SIRM ● , helmeted soldier standing left spearing fallen horseman on the ground with his horse, the horseman looks at the soldier and raises an arm in his direction, the soldier carries a shield and has a knee on the rump of the enemy horse, a shield on the ground on the right, • S • in the field, A between the legs of the horse, A SIRM ● in the exergue  -  soldat transperçant de sa lance un cavalier suppliant tombant à terre avec sa monture et tenant un bouclier, un autre bouclier à terre, A SIRM ● à l’exergue.
