Rev.: CΥΝΑ - ЄΙΤWΝ , Asklepios standing facing, raising himation with his right hand and holding serpent-entwined staff in his left hand.

Synaus was situated near the sources of the river Macestus, and close to Ancyra, in the district called Abbaïtis in Western Phrygia. It struck occasionally quasi-autonomous and Imperial coins, Nero to Philip. Inscr., CΥΝΑЄΙΤΩΝ.
