Rev.: [TEMPO]RVM FELICITAS / S - C / COS IIII , two crossed cornucopiae, each surmounted by wheat ears, a bunch of grapes and the draped bust of an infant.

The infants on the cornucopias represent the twin babies, T. Aurelius Antoninus and Lucilla, born to Faustina II and Marcus Aurelius. The boy died later that year; Lucilla became empress after her marriage to Lucius Verus (164), only to be executed by her brother Commodus in 182.
