Obv.: [IMP] DOMIT - IANVS CA[ES AVG] , laureate head of Domitian left; countermark on neck: Athena standing right, leaning on spear and holding shield set on ground (Howgego 245) incuse , in rectangular punch, 4 x 5.5 mm.
Rev.: S C , within laurel wreath composed of eight sets of leaves; pellet(?) in lower field.

The obverse countermarked with: Athena standing right, holding spear and shield. Howgego 245 may be an imperial countermark due to Domitian's association with Athena/Minerva, likely applied between A.D. 83 - 96 in Antioch.
