Obv.: PHS· D: G: COM· HOL· Z· ZEL· 15 - [75-78?] , (Philippus Dei gratia comes Hollandia et Zeelandia / "Philips, bij Gods gratie graaf van Holland" / "Philip by the grace of God count of Holland and Zeeland") crowned coat of arms of Holland (a rampant lion, left) between three V-shaped ornaments. 
Rev.: ·A[VX·] NOS· IN· NOM· DOM· , (auxilium nostrum in nomine Domini / "onze hulp is in de naam des Heeren" / "Our help is in de name of the lords") , a sitting woman ("Virginity", the Virgin of the United Netherlands) pointing to heaven with rays from above (symbol for believe in the lord) inside a closed surrounding fence representing the Garden of Holland ("Hollandse tuin"), flowers within fence.
