EP.] LEO. / 16 - 41 , (Ferdinandus dei gratia episcopus Leodiensis - Ferdinand, by the grace of god bishop of Liège) , crowned (with a bonnet) shield of arms dividing date, crossed crozier and sword behind; arms quartered, with a heart shield located on a diagonal cross made of crozier and sword. In quarters 1 and 4 of the arms of the Palatinat (lion) and in quarters 2 and 3 the arms of Bavaria (diamonds), the arms of Loon at the center shield.
