Av.: [NER]O CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG GERM PM TR [P IMP P P] , laureate head of Nero right, on his face countermark: ΓAΛ KAI (= "Galba Kaisar")
Rv: S - C , triumphal arch surmounted by statue of Nero in quadriga, Victory on his right, Pax on his left, wreath in archway, nude Mars statue in niche.

(All the Latin coins of Perinthus are rare. BMC does not list Perinthus mint, but identifies this type as "barbarous". RIC notes the existence of Balkan sestertii, dupondii and asses but does not catalog them.)
Most of these countermarks hit Nero´s face - the reason is obvious.
The "Lost Arch of Nero" is that decreed by the Senate in 58 A.D. to commemorate the Eastern victory of Cn. Domitius Corbulo. It was located on Capitoline Hill. No trace of it remains today. It was probably demolished shortly after Nero's downfall.
Perinthus was the capital of the Roman province of Thrace.
