Obv.: ۱۱(۳۶-۷) ... , Persian script: Muhammad Shah badshah ghazi Sahib qiran sani, sikka mubarak (“year 11(36-7) emperor Muhammad Shah, (the one) who fights against infidels, second lord of the favourable conjunction of planets, auspicious coin), name of the emperor with title "Sahib Qiran Sani" couplet, AH date ۱۱(۳۶-۷) partly visible at upper r. edge.

Old Delhi or Purani Dilli was founded as a walled city of Delhi, India, founded as Shahjahanabad in 1639, when Shah Jahan, the Mughal emperor at the time, decided to shift the Mughal capital from Agra.
