Obv.: Michel unbesiegt aber betrogen / 1 / Not / Goldmark // Wilson / 14 Punkte /Waffen- / still- / stand / 1918 (on a shield to r.) // Germanen liebet Deutschland mit Andacht Reinheit Kraft (in Goldmark letters), a bust resembling Otto von Bismarck as 'Michel', facing right and wearing a sleeping cap inside the "1" value number. 
Rev.: Einig und gleich ein Volk ein Reich / Ruhr/hilfe Stadt Bielefeld 11.8./1923 // Sirach 23 Vers 7 / POINCARÉ // Schmied / von Bielefeld / Sirach / 30 Vers 12 / MIN IST ER / SE VE (ring) , a Blacksmith leaning on a large hammer and sitting right on signs  (representing Minister Carl Wilhelm Severing, a politician during the empire and Weimar Republic), facing President Raymond Poincaré of France as left kneeling devil, referring to a local tale about a Blacksmith who makes a deal with the Devil.
