ANG / 1803 , coat of arms of the East India Company: two lions, St Georges cross on the crest and flags, motto on the ribbon "Auspicio Regis et Senatus Anglia" (By the Command of the King and Parliament of England), legend above and motto on ribbon below below the arms of the Company with the date below, on the ribbon is the abbreviated version of the Latin text "AUSPICIO REGIS ET SENATUS ANGLIAE", all within a raised toothed rim. Letters > 0,8 mm high, normal design.
