Fals / Falus / Follis (ø 20-22 mm / 3,24 g), bronze, axes about coin alignment ↑↓ (ca. 160°), 
Obv.: Byzantine emperor standing facing, holding long, cross-tipped scepter and globus cruciger; K/A/[Λ] to left, [crescent above star] and O/N in right field. "KALON" = good (Greek). 
Rev.: large Greek value numeral M (= 40 nummi) at center, P+ -monogram above, Δ below; Є/M/H - C/I/C flanking to left and right (EME-SIS = Emesa (Greek)), [below, Arabic legend طيب  = tayyib = good].
